What
WNADA will release a Request for Qualifications or RFQ that will serve as a grant application and step one of the qualifying process for developing WNADA’s business partnerships.
Why
WNADA is developing a database of pre-qualified business partners to complete various economic, housing, transportation, and neighborhood development within the Target area inclusive of the “Buffer Zone” of West North Avenue.
Where
A copy of the Request for Qualifications detailing minimum qualification requirements, submission requirements, and timeline may be downloaded starting Monday, December 4, 2023.
Who
Any business registered with the State of Maryland that can provide economic, housing, transportation, construction, neighborhood development or financial services. Minority, woman-owned and small disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
