FY27 Request for Qualifications (RFQ) – Now Open
The West North Avenue Development Authority (WNADA) is now accepting submissions for the FY27 Request for Qualifications (RFQ) – Round 4 Grant Cycle. This funding opportunity invites developers, businesses, organizations, and community partners to submit proposals aligned with WNADA’s priority focus areas, including residential, commercial, arts & culture, transportation, neighborhood development, and greenspace.
The FY27 RFQ provides the opportunity to apply for funding tied to specific development sites and strategic investment priorities along the West North
Avenue corridor, including:
- CSU Multifamily Student Housing
- Entrepreneur Commercial and Retail Enterprise Zone
- Penn North Transit- Oriented Development Zone 1 (Mixed-use, Commercial and Retail)
- Penn North Housing and Commercial Development Zone
- W. North Avenue Shops and Entertainment Area
- W. North Avenue & McCulloh St Restaurant District
Together, these projects represent a coordinated, corridor-wide approach to economic development, housing, and place-based investment.
