The WNADA Legacy Homeowner Grant Program helps eligible homeowners age 55 and older make essential repairs to their homes so they can remain safe, comfortable, and secure in their communities.

Eligible repairs may include roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating and HVAC, windows and doors, accessibility improvements, structural repairs, and certain environmental hazards.

The program is currently available to eligible owner-occupied homes within designated West North Avenue pilot areas.
