The West North Avenue Development Authority (WNADA) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to engage two licensed appraisal firms to conduct individual, USPAP-compliant appraisals for approximately 30–35 vacant and blighted residential properties located along the 2700–2900 blocks of West North Avenue in Baltimore City.


This appraisal effort supports WNADA’s ongoing work to stabilize the corridor, reduce vacancy, and advance strategic redevelopment along West North Avenue. Selected appraisers will play a critical role in informing acquisition decisions, redevelopment feasibility, and subsidy underwriting for this targeted area.
